Death Certificates LCPH provides certified copies of death certificates for anyone who died in Ohio from 1975 to present. Certified copies are $25 each. Uncertified copies are not available. We also provide birth certificates. Note: For people who died before 1975, we can only provide a death certificate if they died in Lorain County.
